Rudolphs has been the Twin Cities most honored bar-b-que producer for over 30 years and twice named “Best Ribs in America.” This family owned and operated restaurant delivers unrivaled spare ribs that are hand-rubbed with spices and slow cooked in a custom pit and the cole slaw is almost as famous as the ribs.
Rudolphs is more than just the ribs and the cole slaw. You can choose from a menu that includes baby back ribs, beef brisket, one pound, center-cut pork chops, steaks, sandwiches and the perennial Minnesota favorite, Walleye. Private dining, Catering and take-out also available.
